Dora is a licensed massage therapist (DCLMT #1994) who works with clients to address specific areas of pain and tension, while also reducing stress and anxiety. Her work combines deep tissue, myofascial and Swedish techniques for the purpose of relieving immediate discomfort and pain.
She works with clients to support their personal wellness goals, whether it’s recovering from an injury, relieving chronic or acute pain, or simply creating more space for self-care.
Dora’s deep knowledge of the structural and functional aspects of the body, coupled with her abiding respect for mind-body-spirit integration, informs her practice.
Her prior work experience includes Well Being Massage, Whitman-Walker Health Clinic, and PMTI’s graduate clinic. She also works as a fundraising professional to help non-profit organizations expand their capacity to create positive change. A life-long dancer, Dora is grateful to be a member of DancEthos, a DC-based modern dance company.
